Term 6
Its officially the finally term of the school year, the busiest term. Our big children are getting ready to go to big school, they are embarking on their final few weeks at preschool and we are here to continue helping them flourish and get ready to spread their wings and fly. Its bitter sweet for us as teachers because we are so excited for their next steps but equally sad to see them leave. Transitions begin for our big children this term, we have a great transition process with the local primary schools which makes for a smoother transition come September. We also encourage our new families to come in and have their own taster sessions, this is a great way for us to meet the new cohort coming and for the families to meet one another. We hope this is going to be a fun sunshine filled term, please on those sunny days make sure your child has sun-cream on before coming into preschool and some in their bags to reapply, a hat, water bottle and cool clothing.

Fathers Day – Sunday 21st June
Transition dates for Frittenden Primary school;
Tuesday 23rd June – 1.30pm – 2.30pm – Parents Stay
Wednesday 1st July – 1.30 2.30pm – Parent Talk
Tuesday 7th July – 1.30pm – 2.30pm – Official stay and play at Frittenden Primary School
End of Term/Summer – Friday 17th July –
To celebrate our last day, we would like to invite all of our families to a lovely picnic in the school paddock at 12pm – 1.30pm. The Friday morning will run as a normal session but we will need all children to be collected at 12pm to then make their way down to the paddock for a picnic. If your unable to attend the picnic please let us know and we will take your child with us down to the paddock to enjoy the picnic with their friends, collection will be at 1.30pm from the Paddock.

We have signed up to Easyfundraising, a free fundraising platform that allows us to earn money when we all shop online. With over 7000 retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Boots and Booking.com just to mention a few, there really is something for everyone!
